A man killed in an Interstate 30 accident when he was hit by a car on Wednesday, March 31, still remains unidentified.
The person was walking west on Interstate 30 service road in Bryant at 12:50 a.m. when the incident occurred.
The vehicle involved in the accident has been identified as a Dodge Ram pickup.
The body of the unidentified deceased man was sent to a crime laboratory to help in identification as no information was found.
The investigations are underway by the Bryant Police Department. At the time of the Interstate 30 accident, the weather conditions were cloudy and wet.
On the same day, another devastating incident unfolded when a man identified as Herman David Evins Jr., aged 47, died as his scooter hit the debris on the road.
This caused him to fall from the vehicle after which he was run over by three other vehicles.
None of the drivers pulled over. According to the state police, the incident took place at 5:13 a.m. on U.S. 412 in Springdale.
The case is currently under investigation by Springdale Police.
The conditions of the weather were cloudy and dry according to the report.
Another crash was reported on U.S. 67. On Monday, 29th March, 2021.
The incident occurred in Gum Springs and was reported by the State police.
The one-vehicle crash happened on Monday at 3:13 p.m. A man, aged 21, who belonged from Arkadelphia lost his life in the accident.
Identified as Dale Balch, in a bid to round a curve, he hit a culvert.
The vehicle he was driving was recognized as Dodge Charger.
The vehicle lost control and crashed into nearby three trees.
Balch was thrown out of the car. Weather conditions were clear and dry.
