Can You Afford an Attorney?

If you have been in an accident, you may be wondering if you can afford an attorney.

If you have injuries, you most likely already have medical bills with the likelihood of incurring even more medical costs.

You may also have loss of income, auto repairs, a rental car bill, and other claims.

The last thing you want is more expenses and stress.

More about Contingent Fees

We work on a contingent fee basis, meaning the fee is contingent on the outcome. You only owe money from any settlement or judgment if we win your case.  We take all of the risk and assume the up-front costs so that you do not have worry about them.  There is also no risk to you.  If we do not get money for you, you do not owe us anything.

Medical Bills

Most clients are concerned about how they will pay all of the medical bills they incur.  These bills often accrue over a period of weeks, months, or even years as a client works to get better.  Since money will not be paid until the client has completed treatment, many people worry about how they will pay their bills.  When you hire us, we help take away that stress.  We use many resources to try to prevent medical providers from turning our clients over to debt collectors while they wait for compensation from the person who injured them.
