Can You Afford an Attorney?

If you have been in an accident, you may be wondering if you can afford an attorney.

If you have injuries, you most likely already have medical bills with the likelihood of incurring even more medical costs.  You may also have loss of income, auto repairs, a rental car bill, and other claims. The last thing you want is more expenses and stress.

NWA Car Accident Attorney wants to be your advocate. It’s important to find an attorney with whom you feel comfortable, trust and that is qualified for your case.  We welcome you to come meet with us before you decide whether or not you want to hire us to work on your case.

What does it cost?

It is not a luxury to meet with a personal injury lawyer.  In fact, it is wise decision.  If you choose to meet with us, you won’t be charged a fee for the consultation. We take all of our personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. This means, we only get paid if you get paid.  Until we obtain a settlement or win your lawsuit, you do not owe any attorney’s fees or costs.

In a meeting with Sean or Anna, we will ask you to explain how you were injured, what medical treatments you’ve had, and what your diagnosis is.  It’s very important to share all the details, including ones that may not seem as important to you.

Our consultations are a two-way process. We want you to ask any questions you may have and in turn, we will be honest and forthright about whether you have a good case.

More about Contingent Fees

We work on a contingent fee basis, meaning the fee is contingent on the outcome. You only owe money from any settlement or judgment if we win your case.  We take all of the risk and assume the up-front costs so that you do not have worry about them.  There is also no risk to you.  If we do not get money for you, you do not owe us anything.

Medical Bills

Most clients are concerned about how they will pay all of the medical bills they incur.  These bills often accrue over a period of weeks, months, or even years as a client works to get better.  Since money will not be paid until the client has completed treatment, many people worry about how they will pay their bills.  When you hire us, we help take away that stress.  We use many resources to try to prevent medical providers from turning our clients over to debt collectors while they wait for compensation from the person who injured them.
