Case Settled for $50,000

Sean Keith recently settled a case on behalf of a client for $50,000.00 after filing suit against the other driver.

This case involved a client who had injured his arm in the wreck and needed surgery to repair it.

After the insurance company made an offer of $8,000.00 initially, a lawsuit was filed against the other driver.

The insurance company ultimately agreed to pay the full policy limits of its driver in the amount of $25,000.00.

Our firm was able to then obtain the policy limits from our client’s underinsured policy on his own insurance coverage for an additional $25,000.00.

In addition, the client’s insurance company agreed to waive the $5,000.00 that had been paid by them for our client’s medical bills.

This in turn lowered the amount that the client had to pay his medical providers and increased the amount that went into his pocket by $5,000.00.
