Attorney at NWA Car Accident Attorney
Robyn Nance leads the litigation department at NWA Car Accident Attorney, where she represents people injured in motor vehicle accidents. In her 19 years as an attorney, she has taken nearly 30 cases through jury verdict. Her experience as both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor informs how she evaluates evidence, prepares arguments and approaches a case for trial.
Robyn grew up in Texas and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas. She received her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007 and was admitted to practice in Texas that year. In 2011, she co-founded Freeman & Nance, PLLC in Amarillo, building a practice focused primarily on criminal defense.
Running a law firm gave Robyn responsibility for every stage of her clients’ cases. She investigated the circumstances behind the charges, negotiated with opposing counsel and represented clients in court on matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Her work in prosecution and defense also required her to consider how the other side would interpret the same facts, a perspective she brings to her personal injury practice.
Family brought Robyn to Northwest Arkansas, where she chose to settle and continue her legal career. Her practice now centers on motor vehicle injury claims, including car crashes and collisions involving commercial trucks. She handles insurance negotiations and litigation, drawing on her trial experience when preparing cases for a potential jury.
Robyn works closely with the firm’s other attorneys to assess cases and develop strategy. She also collaborates with case managers to keep clients informed as their claims progress. That coordination matters to her: clients should understand what is happening in their case and have someone they can reach with questions.
At NWA Car Accident Attorney, Robyn brings substantial courtroom experience to a team that places a high priority on staying connected with the people it represents.
